Just handed in my day 2 case a day early. :) cool! But whoaaaa it
took me so long... It took me really long because I tried to learn
everything in the marking guide, and obviously that is not a response
that's written in 4 hours.
With 3 weeks to go, my plan right now is the following:
- get whatever needs to be done at a level of C
- really understand the cases and review my feedback
- write them in the time span alotted for and apply my feedback
Time is now 4:53 AM... My sleep pattern is still kinda crazy.. But I have a feeling I will rise to the occassion. No biggie.
5:25
AM - was surfing youtube looking for some entertaining clips. Nothing.
All I found was people doing nothing to little. So now I put on my
favorite video game sound track and I'm going to play slither.io haha :)
In
slither.io, if you don't follow best practices you lose almost
immediately!.... hmmm... I need to come up with a list of my best
practices for studying for the CFE.
Something I like to do
when I play slither... lol I dunno if this helps... It probably does
because it shows how focused I am... I usually title my name: CFE gold
medalist hahahaha... Fake it till you make it! My understanding is that,
this ia really tough exam. The odd person will find it easy... But in
my opinion, it will be tough! I personally don't take terms very
lightly. For example, when I say: that guy is weak. Or that guy is
strong. I mean it. I hope I do as well as I did in slither though. I
placed first hahaha ... I rank in first a lot with a lot of practice :)
Or I rank high... Hey there's another life lesson that can be inferred
from a video game...: practice a lot and you'll rank high. :)
it
is now: 6:01 AM... I'll probably pass out around 9 or 10... Which
leaves me 4 hours to play with. And by play, I mean start the next
case!!!! I don't really want to.... riiiight? Wrong. I'm motivated!!!
Love listening to music. Fires me up! I actually like to dedicate my
efforts to songs. Most of the examples I have of me doing this are on
facebook, which I have deactivated. Thank you, thank you *bows* No,
thank you! You're too kind. LOL anyways, ciaO!
motivation
Nobody told you, that you've face the truth alone
But you got the power to begin
Let yourself wonder that your spirit find a way
And reach for the power from within
Yeah
You got no reason to let people keep you down
Stand up and fight for what you are
Cause your biggest challenge
Is the one that lies within yourself
Know what you're fighting for
[Chorus]
Hold on to the vision in your eyes
Keep the fire burning bright
Got to make them realize
Only with this power can you rise
Hold on to that vision in your eyes
Never surrender to the clouds inside your mind
Never retreat from who you are, no
Love is a magic that you carry on in on, in on, in on
Know what you're fighting for
[Chorus]
Hold on to the vision in your eyes
Keep the fire burning bright
Got to make them realize
Only with this power can you rise
Hold on to that vision in your eyes

"Hydrogenated Oils:
health risks of hydrogenated oils
Hydrogenated oils are chemically altered fats-these oils are high heat treated and processed to change them from a liquid state to a solid state.
Hydrogen is added to these oils to make them solid.
Examples include margarine, benecol, earth balance, “better than butter” and Crisco.
These chemically altered oils should be avoided.
THIS explains how hydrogenated oils are created and how they affect the body.
“Let’s take hydrogenated oils and see what this substance really is and why it’s so incredibly bad for you. Hydrogenated oils are oils that are often healthy in their natural state, but are quickly turned into poisons through the manufacturing and processing they undergo. They take these naturally healthy oils such as palm, kernel, soybean, corn oil or coconut oil and they heat it anywhere from five hundred to one thousand degrees under several atmospheres of pressure.
They then inject a catalyst into the oil for several hours. The catalyst is typically a metal such a nickel, platinum or even aluminum. As this bubbles up into the oil the molecular structure changes and increases in density and rearranges it’s molecules so that instead of a liquid at room temperature we now have either semi-solid or solid oil. This creates either partially hydrogenated or fullyhydrogenated oils.
The molecules in this new product are now closer to cellulose or plastic than to oil. In fact hydrogenated oil is only one molecule away from being plastic. When you eat anything containing this material, just as the oil is now thicker and more viscous (dense), so too does your blood become thicker and more viscous right along with it. The heart now has to work so much harder to pump blood throughout the system. This is one of the major ways that consuming hydrogenated oils contributes to high blood pressure.”

Gold!
"Plenty, according to Jeffrey Aron, MD, an assistant clinical professor
of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. "Emerging
data strongly suggests that cancer and dementia are made worse by trans
fats," he told me. "Putting trans fats into your body is like dropping
fine grains of sand into a Swiss watch. Eventually, the system shuts
down." Yikes. My body may run more like a Timex than a Rolex, but I
still want to keep it ticking for as long as possible."
More gold!

Okay, today has been a write off. I was depressed because I have no girlfriend... :( boohoo! Also I know I can get one... Which is good. But I mean it's basically a tease. Because I can get one, but I know I shouldn't. I don't have the time, or money to spend with a girlfriend... so kinda sucks... I should be grateful for what I have though. I'm fairly good looking. My body is relatively amazing. I can spin in the air, fly in the air doing flips, I'm smart enough to get this far. So I have a lot going for me :) I suppose I was love sick... Oh man..
check this out...
So the whole morning I had a runny nose, IT WOULD NOT STOP... I kept spitting phlegm, I know, I know, Gross. Then I had took some chicken my house keeper made, and put it in a bowl, filled it with water, warmed it up and ate it while I watched a show, and BAM! Good bye runny nose, I haven't heard from it since!!! Crap, I think it's coming back :S... I might have a bit of chicken soup and then I'll get to studying... I feel bad about talking to this girl I talk to online...
PINCH YOURSELF WHEN YOU FIND THAT YOU'RE ACTING INCONGRUENT WITH YOUR PLAN. My plan is to use my awake time to work, and not to do non-work activities. Time is now 12:20 AM. I would love to work until 12:20 PM, so that's what I'll try to do. CFE will last up until 1-2 PM depending on the day so work until 2 PM. And you're golden.

Time is just flying by!
My brother-in-law is sleeping on a couch in the middle of the room outside my room, so I exit my room to go to the kitchen on my floor. And as I'm opening the kitchen door he starts rustling in the bed sheet I threw on him the other night. And I was just like hello, it's just me. And then he went back to snoring... Really though... He shouldn't be sleeping in the middle of the room. It's not a bed room. :/ So I refuse to feel bad about waking him up... Not my fault man!!! Although I am a night owl... Hey, not everyone's in the same situation. Just like not everyone takes assurance, albeit MOST people take assurance (i'm one of them).
Anyyyyways... I feel like I'm working a bit better... I don't think I'm working good enough, but I'm working better...
There are 2 qualities that I find that is needed to study well
1) the ability to work continuously
2) the ability to work efficiently.
If you have those two qualities, everyone needs stand back while you blow these cases away *WHOOOSH!*
1) I'm lacking in 1
2) I'm fairly strong in 2
Recommendations for myself:
1) Some alternative solutions:
- Think "it's not a big deal"
- Almost finish (by that I mean, personally when I finish studying a certain section, I stop. So just almost finish. and I won't stop!)
- Think "sacrifice for gold" - If you're somewhat competitive and you like to rank high among your peers then aim for the highest rank possible!
- do take a break but make it less often
2) work as efficiently as possible! (improvements here will be made... BUT I MUST MAKE THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER I FINISH THE CASE I"M CURRENTLY WORKING ON)
SUCCESS IS NOT FOR FREE. IT COSTS SOMETHING!:
- check out the notes I made in the comment of that video to quickly absorb the main points.
<-- To me, this is inspiring. Whoever this dude is who gives these speeches is awesome. Some teenager shows that he's practiced day in and out to get better and better each time. He didn't just GET his goal. He got it by aiming for it every time. And eventually he got close. <-- This video is amazing!!!!!!! The narrator says a lot of valueable stuff. I highly recommend it to any candidates writing the CFE. It makes you think and act critically.
Additional Motivation
If you don't want to watch it, here's the best part in my opinion: 1:50 to 2:14:
Rocky basically says: nothing hits harder than life, it's not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward!
Also I noticed a 12 year old comment saying: he listens to this before every workout. I'm going to read and listen to it before every study session.
9:12 AM - debriefing
YOU"VE GOT TO BELIEVE!
Working smart and not hard really pays off!!! By that I mean,,, for example, when you do a case, you don't have to give all the points possible to achieve a mark of competent. I like to think that out of all the possible points let's say there are 12, you should give 1 more than half to assure yourself of a C. :) Theoretically, to me, this is correct. However, I should look back on all the feedback I got to see if this is true. Now that I think of it, while yes, THAT is true. You really have to do a perfect job on all the points you hit. So even if you do more than half, you may only be awarded half or less than half (because of the quality of points. That being said. It's basically essentially that you go back and check the quality of your points as well as filling in additionally points! :)

2:25 AM - stopped studying... I'll go back soon... Honestly, I'm not sure if I can finish by 8 AM... I really need to learn what I am doing and how to navigate the handbooks available to me during the exam. I refuse to rush through this, at the same time... I refuse to just stop and give up... It is a lot. I am getting through it... :) so I'm happy. I'm gonna go for a walk while I eat a granola bar and remind myself of motivations... Yes, they push me!!!
3:50 AM - started studying
6:00 AM - stopped studying
Damn! I'm going to start skipping stuff to learn because these cases are LONG! Even the case itself is long... I will go back and learn more, because that's just good practice. But to at least get the hang of things of how I will normally be approaching a case, I should focus on that first :)
2 days in a row, my goal has been unsuccessful, damnit!
Success goes to those who try and try again...
My thoughts:
You gotta work hard now, so that tomorrow is a brighter day. And by work hard I mean blood, sweat and tears...
7:14 AM - It's time to make history.
7:31 AM - Let the battle continue! I got back my results for the mock exam for day 2 and 3. While the results were not full competent (obviously because I didn't get to hit all the AOs and was so nervous that they would outright say I failed, I didn't! In fact some sections even said CD ;)) Alas... I'm feeling incredibly passionate about my mission to pass this thing. And I know exactly why. Back to studying now!
8:10 AM - stopped studying. Lied down. Recognized this is exactly when I fall asleep due to my biological rhythm. DENIED. I am fierce!!!!!!! I got up, ate a nature valley bar. And pretty soon, I will be studying some more. Sleep is great for your memory no doubt. But there's a lot I need to study and I can't study while I'm asleep.
Taking a break now...
I think I ended up studying till 9 AM or around there.
I went to sleep around then and woke up at 6 PM :S okay... so I need to go to bed at regular times lol... It's not HOrrrible considering that is 9 hours of sleep... It's just that there's a lot of knowledge to absorb and so little time to absorb it!
I have a new goal!: EFFICIENCY... Being efficient with my time will give me what I want! I.e. the ability to 1) absorb the knowledge I need 2) finish cases on time. I need to be efficient at both absorbing knowledge as well as typing it out into the software used to write exams.... That's pretty much all I had to say... OH... I could barely wake up... I was so insanely tired from trying to stay up past my biological clock's bed time. I'm gonna try to go to sleep normally now. I just have to come to terms with the fact that these days are limited, and I need to be as efficient as I possibly can! I've noticed my new efficiency attitude is working. I'm more hungry for knowledge in certain little time spans and I'm taking in more information where I can. Hopefully I can build more healthy habits... The exam is not too far away so I really have to kick some serious butt. Just gotta brush my teeth and then I'll be ready to start studying again..
Time is now 10 PM
last 24 hours ago I got approximately: 7 hours of work done... I'll aim to get that much done in a row. Just trying to do what I did before. That's it. Nothing super special, super incredibly amazing. Just match what I did yesterday. Bye. ttyl. Oh but if I can beat it, I will lol!

My aim is to finish by 8 AM...
It's 2:26 AM right now... I'm hoping I'll finish by 8 or around 8.. I gotta admit..It's quite difficult. These day 2 cases get the best of me!
But I'm hoping with the right amount of practice and maybe a change in technique, you will hear me saying: I enjoy this! It's definitely interesting! But when there is confounding information (i.e. information that is confusing since it doesn't agree with other parts of the information) it's not so fun :( lol... no worries WHEN this sort of thing happens on the actual test. You need to assume and move on. And before the test you need to ASK questions. Which I will do :) in the near future lol.
Start time: 5:21 AM
End time: 6:00 AM
taking a ___ break.
I studied a lot during the day but I didn't really keep track of it. All that's left is the auditing portion of the Day 2 case :)... Jeez, so long! But i truly do feel as though I am learning!!!
7:59 PM: I ate 5 fruits about an hour ago, and then had to go to the bathroom (lol TMI) but I swear it detoxified me! Damn <3 love smoothies.
I generally keep a blank piece of paper by my side for anything I have questions for when I'm going through a case. This way I can batch all my questions and then ask them over the cpa discussion board.

I'm going to exercise a bit! Since exercise helps with the brain ;) And then I'll finish off this day 2 :)
After exercising: I realized today that i have a way to get better at writing cases via exercising...
so personally, I'm a breakdancing champ... I have been since i was 14. I have won a few competitions, danced for the toronto blue jays, practiced with the best in the world. IN SUMMARY: I'm passionate about fitness. HOWEVER, this is where success breeds success, I always say: I'm a powermove in the mind, body, and soul. That means I"M NOT just a great athlete, I'm also a great thinker, I'm also a very compassionate person. This very motto of mine, is going to push me to excel. Because if I can excel with my body, I don't see a reason why I shouldn't be able to excel with my mind, IN FACT, I will push myself no matter WHAT! If I'm not done the Day 2 case by tomorrow morning, feel free to label me as someone who cannot excel using their brain. Bare in mind, the brain is technically the body, so if I can improve with my body, I can improve my brain.
So how does this apply to the reader? Take anything you're good at. Maybe you're good reading books. Maybe you're good at video game. Maybe you're great at sewing. I don't know! But ask yourself this: Are you a one trick monkey? Are you an idiot? The answer is most likely: no. So, do you think it's fair to say if you can excel in one area in your life, why shouldn't you be able to excel at studying? I think that's not only fair. It's awesome too!
So, I know I won't like it... I know it'll be tough. But I have something to prove. My mind is strong! Not only my breakdancing muscles. Ttyl... And I'm making the commitment to do something! You should too (assuming anyone reads this thing lol)...
10:53 PM - time to study! :) Let's put our NOGGIN to the test!

August 27, 2016
Feeling refreshed after I showered, and then I danced.
Now I'm going to set a new record (it may not be that good warning) for my longest study session. Quality over quantity anyways right :P ahahaha... Okay..
STARTINGGGGG NOW!: 12:11 AM
damnit! It's only 12:49 AM... This is a great sign though :) because I've actually gotten a lot of work done in 40 minutes! :D... Okay back to work.
Also, personally, I wish I did a better job for the day 2 mock cfe, cuz I couldn't log back into securexam, and as a result I left out like 6 AOs out of the 9 AOs for auditing I did all the AOs for financial reporting though... For day 3 mock cfe i did a GREAT job... However it got worse and worse each case... Nevertheless, I think they will let me continue on with capstone 2... IF THEY DON't, whatever, I have learned a lot so far. And I'm a very understandable person. I believe worse comes to worse you have to redo capstone 2 correct? lemme check the candidate guide. It doesn't really tell me. Dude, these designations are CRAZY! I went through another designation before this (I WON"T SAY WHICH ONE hahaha). But oh man, they are so strict. I remember I handed in an assignment 8 minutes late. I thought it was 3 minutes but I guess there was like a 5 minutes I didn't account for. They kicked me out in a heart beat... However in that scenario, I had 2 other late assignments. For Capstone 2, I haven't had any problems . I also got 100% in Capstone 1... I'm hoping worse comes to worse I get bad feedback. Other than that, I'm going to just do my best, because it won't help anymore if I think about this. Just gotta keep moving forward!
12:57 AM - I wasn't doing work for let's see: 8 minutes! bUT i WAS SITTING DOWN...
Doesn't matter looool NOoooooo :'( okay so my record for today has been 40 minutes of straight work... I'll beat it ;) don't u worry!
Time is now 2:55 AM - starting to study again
3:28 AM - stopped studying
3:54 AM - started studying again
4:33 AM - stopped studying
Remember, he who eats most, WINS!
2:19 PM - just woke up; slept pretty great! I had ear plugs in my ears so that might've helped.
I reeeeeeeeeeeally want to finis this day 2 case today. I think it will be instrumental to my success! This room is cold I'm gonna go grab a long sleeve shirt... I think I can pull off a few hours of work YOu know right when you wake up.
Just called my friend (a fellow candidate) he said: I was going about studying the wrong way, because I'm looking too much at the resources...
WELL... I called him for some motivation. And that's what I got. I realllllly wanna show him. That I'm ready and what I'm doing is correct!!!
My aim for today is not 1 case but 2 cases!!!! ARGGGGG :D
I will need to:
Finish the entire case I'm currently writing
put it in my own words.
write out the feedback guide of another case
then write the entire case!
then put it in my own words!
I'm feeling beyond motivated. 1 game of slither before I attempt to work... oh yeah... sf3 alpha is so tough: here are some best practices I use to win maximum times: time my attacks, execute moves, use the best moves possible out of the moves available, attack within range.
Wow! I finally found a method to beat this one guy, that I could never consistently beat... But I figured it out! I pressed this button and Ryu (street fighter character) punches like crazy, and all of a sudden BAM! I figured out how to beat him consistently... I tried out this method on other characters, to see if it'd work. Low and behold, I can beat every character consistently by using this super repeat punch (I hold the button down lol)... What relevance does this have with the CFE? Well... It goes to show, Yes: success does go to those who TRY and TRY again. It also shows the importance of having time to experiment. I experimented when I tried out pressing a new button. If you keep doing the same things, you're gonna get the same results. So don't be afraid to make mistakes... I mean... I'm going through this process without a mentor or a peer. And I personally enjoy it more. What else? Yeah, I wanna let this success of mine breed success in the writing cases area of my life... I have to keep trying old things and new things. I found out when I combined the BEST street fighter concept with another BEST street fighter concept, I was able to beat the best people (and I wasn't even cheating!). You can find legitimate ways to use the world to your advantage in order to write the best response possible! It's 10:34 PM and my family/parents are at a wedding.
I know it seems farfetched but I think I can finish this case that's due next week before 8 AM today. way before that hopefully :)... I'm gonna go ciao! Man, I am so happy I beat that damn character!!!!!!!!! I"M AWESOME!!! you don't know how tough he is. Go play street fighter alpha 3 and try to beat charlie without using my technique. He's insanely tough to beat. You know what I kept thinking: It's not possible. It is just not possible to beat this guy every time, without cheating. IT"S JUST NOT! but there were always a spark of hope. Every time I played, I thought how do I beat him consistently. I know it's not possible at this point time. But if there's a way, I'm trying to find it out. Maybe if I use this strategy, or that strategy. I was not afraid to fail. I didn't mind. I enjoyed it. And I just kept at it... Maybe I should change the name of this blog to beatstreetfighteralpha3@blogspot.. KIDDING!!! No.. but seriously everytime, I've been writing cases, I think... It's just not possible. to write an hour long case... in 1 hours time... It's just not... But it is. You just have to find that ray of hope, and keep that inside. Keep trying! Keep trying! Keep trying! DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU"VE FOUND YOUR KEY! your magic pill, so to speak... I know I said I'd leave but...It all ties back into my cross bowmen theory. The theory that if you throw enough arrows at an opponent, they'll die instantly. The implication is that, if you put enough hours into your case writing skills, it'll become easy. And that's the goal we want. We need to create experience, to gain techniques which we'll apply in various areas of our life (specifically case writing for the CFE)... Sorry, if it seems like I'm going off on a tangent. I like to talk to myself, in my own terms, otherwise this would be a really lame blog where I'm just trying to write what will impress the reader. I'll leave professional writing for my cases, and my own video game analogies for my blog writing.
New start time: 10:45 PM
Let me ask you a question.
If you had 624 hours to study, out of how many days of the total number of days would you use to study?
If anyone asked me this my answer would be: 624-130hours (5 hours a day for sleep) = 494-4 hours for grocery shopping each week = 490hours - 26 hours (15 minutes * 4 meals a day*26 days remaining until cfe) = 464 so out of the 624 hours available I would basically spend 74%.
At first thought, I said to myself: 100%! of course! and then I thought... wait this isn't a perfect world. I'd probably die after 3 days without food.
time is now 12:09... Still haven't handed in my day 3 response which i have to do via dropbox.
but I'm glad I asked the question... it's a good question!
Everything remains the same.
All my motivations are lifting me up (whether I like those motivations or not).
Time is running out.
And I'm going to be focused on passing the CFE all up until the day of the exam. Cuz I ain't ready!!!
I think if I were ready in a little less than 2 weeks, then I will assure myself of pass. I'll do my best.
Damnit, I tend to play video games whenever I've accomplished a big piece of the work that is due. I just handed my assignment in at 2:54 and it was due at 2:55... I like being on time.... eh? :P No, but honestly, the work I handed in wasn't really work I did on my own. I used the solution.... ALTHOUGH I did understand everything the solution did, I also came up with my own response in that I didn't include everything that the solution included. Everything was in my own words. But the solution went a long way to help. I'm sure this is the case with most candidates HOWEVER! I reeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanna be able to do this stuff from scratch!!! I hate having to use the solution....
ANYWAYS :) staying positive here. I am now technically in week 5 *shivers* Wait! I'm still in Week 4 *phew!* never mind. I have 2 days till it's done... it looks like i handed in the assignment 2 days before it was due... Is that true? Lemme check... GOOD! LOL I thought I was hardly on time. And yet I'm actually early!!! OH THE IRONY of it all...
ANYWAYS... I want to get a 2nd case done this week specifically the next one... and the one after that...
the sooner I get these cases over with the sooner I can use them to study... You guys should be aware that these cases are mandatory... you have to do them or else you get kicked out... well... I think you DEFINITELY get kicked out if you don't do the mock cases but you probably get warnings... actually now that I think about it<-- LOL i do this a lot... You don't get kicked out at all if you don't hand in their weekly submissions... BUT YOU DON"T GET MARKED... It's important to see how a case gets marked by a marker... Otherwise, you're somewhat screwed. I did DO the case. So I know what I did per se... Just need to kill it...
Okay so next case I'm gonna do is going to be a Day 2 case due 5 days... It's cold outside. Hmmm. Thinking about changing my shirt if it's too cold i'll wear a long sleeve one. Here's what I have left to hand in:
- Day 2 case (in 5 days)
- Day 3 case (in 8 days)
- Day 1 case (in 12 days)
- Day 3 case (in 15 days)
- Day 2 case (in 20 days)
- Day 3 case (in 22 days)
- CFE day 1 (in 26 days)
- CFE day 2 (in 27 days)
- CFE day 3 (in 28 days)
oh boy... scary stuff. Hmmmm.... Yeah... definitely need to get this shit done. And fast.
I'm going to take a walk... Ideally, of course, you know how I roll blogger. I'm pulling an all nighter because I am a night owl and I work it like dat. yeeeeeauh hahaha. okay. Gonna play a bit of a game before I do that... NO! i won't play a game... I will take this VERY seriously.. I'm going to put my stuff away... and then I"ll come back to it later. *Clean up time!* Btw, you guys have got to see my set up, it is pretty valuable, I must say.
Time is now: 3:31 AM. as a break, I'm going to bike to a near by school, shoot some hoops... And then I'll come back and give this day 2 case a punch in the face. It's apparently 20 degrees celcius outside lol... crazy. 94% humidity <-- I'd have to agree, it's been sticky lately. And then what? and now i go! LoL Last note, I was kind of upset I didn't get to do this case twice... Actually it both upset me and scared me. I need to be read for this CFE... Or else I'm in trouble... GRRRR! I've got more wrinkles on my face because I've literally been growling when I'm near the end of my studying to stay awake and just for instinctual drive in general.
4:50 AM... Just finished editing this video. LOL so what ended up happening was. I felt like dancing. So I danced a teeny bit in the middle of the intersection... There's no where to dance at 4:50 AM in my neighborhood with good floor! The intersection floor was horrible but it was cool scenery nonetheless. After I finished dancing I went back to my bike which the camera was sitting on and just started changing the music, then a cop comes by (they always come after me because I'm a night owl + I'm a tad crazy if you haven't noticed LOL) and says hey do you live in the area? And I'm like yes. And then he asks what are you doing up so late. Just biking and taking a break. And then he smiled and he was like cool! have a great night! And I was just like you too! And that was that... It's been worse those when I was younger I had a cop call back up LOL!!! Just because I'm so suspicious (okay THAT time I was wearing a ski-mask IT WAS COLD WINTER I ain't that crazy. That cop was just dumb, when back up arrived they made fun of him.) Soooo what else... ummm OH MAN! I went to the school to play basketball, I used to play there when I was a kid and I read some fire department sign, so I"m like okay I'll use the other entrance. And it's nearly pitch black. Somewhat scary, and then BAM! I went flying off my bike (I tend to do this bi-annually. Landed on my hands because it's what I do lol and then my glasses fell of my head so I looked around to look for them, while i cleaned my hands with the dewy grass. After I found my glasses, I thought it was best to go home just because I didn't want any cops telling me I'm not allowed to basketball at a school I don't go to at 4 AM... Meh!
Now it's 5:13 AM right now... I'm going to start on the next day 2 case... LET'S DO THIS!
Okay it's now 8:56 PM (I woke up a few hours ago) LOL check this out: teen dies playing video game for 40 hours straight now check this out! This woman from Singapore has the guiness book world record for sitting against a wall for 12 hours straight... Mad respect!!!!
Now I HAVE A CHALLENGE: Let's set the longest guiness book world record time for sitting in a chair and doing your homework!
Start time: 9:12 PM
5 minutes in and I cut my hair and took a shower and got dressed again. I kept itching my head cuz my hair was pretty darn long.
10:24 PM new start time.
11:00 PM new end time --- so that' 36 minutes... Good start :) Took a break played a bit of a game, and now I'm gonna lie down for a bit and then go at it again! I said I'd do that but instead I breakdanced, now I'm going to study :) felt good to exercise.

CFE's less than a month away. Time is a motivating factor.
Mind, body, and soul needs to be put in this.
I usually go on walks and remind myself of my motivations to keep plowing through!
My future children's happiness is a motivating factor for me as well. My theory is that behaviour can predict your future children's behaviour. For example, I agree with the theory that drug addiction is heriditary.
There may be hundreds and thousands of people relying on the work of an accountant, especially when you're helping to produce financial statements for other to rely on (e.g. the public looking at an annual statement).
Going to go study now. I'll let u know how that goes. Ttyl blogger!
new start time: 1:38 AM
took a break to do laundry, eat some food, and watch one of my favorite animes... Here's some useful motivational quotes from the anime I watched:
- Resist temptations (implicit)
- those who work harder today, have a life tomorrow (explicit)
- there are two types of people: those who use, and those who are used. (explicit)
- we are creatures of habit (implict)
I ended up stopping around 9 AM!
Then I went to bed and woke up around 4? I forget. Either way I didn't do much work. I was feeling sick so I was focused on healthy eating and I cleaned my room! I thought my friend might come over. But i gave him a warning that I was sick. He was like "Oh man, my immune system is weak I better not come" And I think it was a win-win. He needed some help with photoshop and/or video editing. But he's smart, he actually knows how to do it. Then again it's not like super tough or anything
ANYYYYWAYS...
The time is now: 9:42 PM
I have to hand in an assignment by 2:44 AM
I'm reeeeeeeeeeeeeally reeeeeeeeeeeeally hoping I can work until 9 AM again :). I'm glad I put so many hours in. And I'm sure it helped me with my knowledge... If I can finish the next day 2 case or day 3 case... Then I"ll be a happy camper. If I finish multiple cases I'll be super happy... The plan is to finish these cases and then study them like crazy so that I can do well.
Last thing I wanna mention is that: I am focused on passing the CFE. (lack of mental focus is a breeding ground for defeat and vice versa a surplus of mental focus is a breeding ground for success).
