June 13, 2016

Woke up really late today... Like 2 PM. I just couldn't get out of bed! I've worked a 9 to 5, but I'm clearly not doing that right now. Hopefully I'll only have to do it again for a limited time anyways. I can say stuff like this in the year 2016, maybe in the 90s it was rare, but in 2016 it's not entirely rare.

ANYWAYS. I'm going to watch a cartoon and eat my breakfast (watermelon + bread and homemade hummus + water) I might grab some more food...

And then after I eat I'd like to "trade-in" my 20 minutes of cartoon time with 2 hours of study time again. That was awesome! I know it's not that much but a little will add up to a lot. Can you imagine I did this 5 times a day. That's 10 hours of study time a day. and then 70 hours a week assuming I got to do it every week. Then by the time I write the CFE I'll have like (70*4)*3= 840 hours of study time under my belt. I'd be a powerful force to reckon with!

First though. Let's try our 2nd trade in. Cya!

Yuck, my watermelon was nearly half rotten. Homemade hummus and 12 grain bread was the bomb! I also make bread so in some downtime I may actually make some more! I even bought the flour so why not. I'm eating my Vector now. My show is over.

Any pass CFE lessons from the show? Yeah, don't be overly cocky, it causes problems where you underestimate your problems/opponents. One of my friends has been using Densmore to pass the CFE. I'm aware of the PASS system. And I have access to PrepFormula, so I might get on that! Okay I'm done my bowl of Vector, I'm also feeling very awake. I want to buy Coconut oil for oil pulling at wal-mart. I think it'll be useful. But I'll be brushing first. Gonna go study for at least 2 hours. CIAO!

Damn... Something came up that was not related to studying so I didn't get my 2 hours in :( ... It's okay in retrospect because I might make $360 cash for the time I spent not studying. Which will be spent on paying back the loan I incurred through buying the CFE exam lol. Okay so not entirely bad. BUT I DO WANNA STUDY. RRRRAWR! Let's go back at it again. Going to take a break though. Cuz breaks aren't bad, they're actually pretty sweet. Also my show that I like to watch, I downloaded the entire show!!! in high quality!!! So now no more dumb commercials before I watch it or pop ups. >Insert KC & The Sunshine Band music here< : "That's the way uh-huh uh-huh, I LIIIKE IT. uh-huh uh-huh. That's the way uh-huh uh-huh I like ittt den den, den den, den." https://youtu.be/AnBtCKRUUV8

Damnit... I never got to study!!! Well not exactly... I did work on more Capstone 1 stuff. because our project was in need of it. On the bright side I learned how financing requirements work at the end of an analysis. I spent a large amount of time understanding how you gotta basically find the After Tax Operating Cash Flow (ATOCF) from each subsidiary +/- any other cash flows to get net cash flows for the year. From there you have to talk about how much of a bank loan you can get, the cash available on your balance sheet. And then state whether there is an excess or shortage of cash available for your project (I've been saying your but what I mean is the company you're doing this for).So yeah. I basically learned a good NPV analysis. Thanks to one of my friends from class!
