Starting a polyphasic sleep pattern.
Only way I've found true control in my environment is my room. Studying at other locations like schools or libraries harbour potential distractions. They're not bad places to study. I just haven't found much success with them.
I believe I've found the magic pill. What i did was created signs in my room for example, one sign above my bed says r zone, another sign says s zone and another sign says b zone. Each of which are designated areas for ONLY that activity. For example the sign above my bed, r zone is for when I need to rest. I created a schedule. So far I'm following it like clockwork. Which is great, because I haven't studied this much in a very long time. I just finished my first three hours. I plan on studying 4x this amount. The schedule goes something like this:
study for 3 hours, eat & clean for 30 minutes, rest for 2 hours, go to the bathroom for 30 minutes, and then start studying again. And then 4 x this a day, = 8 hours of sleeping aday, 12 hours of studyig per day, 2 hours of eating cleaning a day, and 2 hours of going to the bathroom + grooming <-- not that i'll really need to groom myself lol but hey... I can always adjust this schedule, I'm just trying it out. I used to use the same schedule when I was in my bachelors program :P And it worked like a charm. So, let's see how the CFE likes it. I think it's awesome! Anyways, I've wasted 5 minutes of my 30 minute break on here... so i'm gonna go eat, i'm starving!
So I ended up studying for 3 hours straight! Yaaaaay. But then I ate and brushed my teeth (went overtime with that) and went to sleep and overslept..... -_-... I have 1 hour remaining in the day. I'm going to try and grab it so I can say I studied for 4 hours today. ttyl!
