Haha! Unreal really is a great game! I just played it today.
I haven't posted in a while because I've been really busy!
Today my group and I finished our Capstone 1 report.
It's been crazy! Things to do include understanding it all! Well... The report format anyways... and then thinking of a potential new report that I would have to do that has similar concepts...
Here are some eliphanies I had within the past hour or so:
Rule #0: URGENCY / 1 CHANCE <-- imagine you only get one chance. In reality, I think you really get 2 or 3. But imagine 1! and Use that imagination like it's a freakin' lucid dream. BE SERIOUS. THIS IS URGENT
Rule #1: Believe in yourself <-- When you take on a task you gotta believe that you can do it! You are truly amazing beings! Realize it! Believe it! Embody it!
Rule #2: Trial and Error <-- You're going to practice A LOT! and expect errors! That's okay! As long as you're practicing new cases absorbing them like a sponge and then becoming a better person (or sponge if you're a spongebob)
Rule #3: Mountains of trial and error. <-- I'm aware that that's basically rule #2. But it's just that important that it's also rule #3. You need that much practice.
Rule #4: Do what works!!!!!! If something is working for you, KEEP DOING THAT! In fact, MILK IT. You know how people technically steal milk from cows? Yeah well you need to be so devious, so naughty, that you should be milking what works like a hog. Like a freakin' hog. Don't let anyone else know. Just keep at it. And go, go, go! Nothing else matters. It's no one's but yours. All your experience. BE GREEDY with whatever works. Because if you are, you'll go far. <-- I admit, I was babbling and brainstorming a bit, but there's some substance in there. It's not that hard to find... Is it?
Those are my 4 rules with 1 hidden rule. It's hidden because it's the the result of a journey I had. I derived these rules from an activity ;) I won't say which activity but yes, self made rules, of what is my interpretation.
An odd thought: I know you can't freeze time. But if you could, what would you do.
Another odd thought: What's more painful, damage to your body or self-esteem.
Another most likely last thought: You have 1 life to live. You're on earth for a limited time. What do you want to say you did? And how will you use your time knowing these above statements?
